At NEONMUSIC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear doesn't hit the right note, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all accessories, manuals, and protective materials are included to maintain full refund eligibility.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping markers.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
